Stayshot is a one-person project. There is no ticket system. Email is the right channel — including failed HEIC profiles, privacy questions, and the lifetime unlock when Stripe is not wired yet.
Please do not send photos unless we ask. We cannot decode them for you on a server, and we do not want your camera roll.
